Penguin’s old crew betrays him but Ivy has a plan to find him an army of freaks. Bruce begins his training with a mysterious, magical acupuncture artist who wants him to face his memories of Crime Alley. The enigmatic figure tells Bruce his destiny is to become a symbol that defends Gotham. The Court of Owls imports some kind of weapon, and Gordon’s uncle Frank sacrifices himself so that Gordon can join the Court and continue the family’s plan to take them down.
